Refund Policy
All digital products sold through mahjrwrites — including ebooks, audiobooks, box sets, bundles, and downloadable content — are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered, all sales are final.
Upon purchase, customers immediately receive:
- a secure BookFunnel delivery email
- permanent access to their digital files
- device‑specific support from BookFunnel
If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, BookFunnel’s support team is available to assist you. Click the Help link at the top of your BookFunnel download page, and they will resolve any device or delivery issues.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback on a delivered digital product is considered fraudulent activity. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” any chargeback filed against mahjrwrites will result in:
- immediate revocation of access to all purchased digital products
- permanent banning from the store
- no exceptions
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
